The Park Furniture Donation Program may be a tribute in recognition of one or more persons for his/her contributions to the community.

All furniture sponsorship requests must be approved by the Parks and Outdoor Recreation department.

Guidelines for the Furniture Donation Program:

• Sponsor agrees to City of Medicine Hat design.
• Location of furniture must be approved by the City of Medicine Hat.
• Plaques are to be supplied and maintained by the donor.
• Sponsor agrees to the City of Medicine Hat's right of relocation of the furniture.
• The City of Medicine Hat will supply, install and maintain the donated furniture.

Three options to select from:

	OPTION 1 - $1,350.00 (picnic table) Constructed of vinyl coated top, seats and frames. Length is 1.9 metres and width of 1.9 metres.
	OPTION 2 - $750.00 (bench) Bench is pressure treated wood with a metal frame designed to be embedded in concrete. Length is 1.8 metres.
	OPTION 3 - $750.00 (bench) Constructed of vinyl coated seat, back and heavy tubular steel frames, finished with either a polyester powder or vinyl coat. Length is 1.8 metres.
