Purchasing Services provides leadership, support, coordination, and supervision for safe, efficient and effective purchasing and material control services to support all City departments. The key responsibilities include the procurement of goods and services, inventory management, monitoring of department purchases, as well as the development, implementation and recommendation of changes to purchasing policies and procedures.
