Who we are
Seniors Outreach is a service offered at Veiner Centre to all adults 50-plus in Medicine Hat. We work with:
- older persons, families and friends;
- formal and informal caregivers;
- representatives from government, financial institutions, health care,social services, law firms, advocacy groups; and
- anyone interested in the well-being of older persons.

What we do
Sometimes life’s events seem overwhelming when you need to make an important decision. Finding the right resources can make all the difference in comfort for you or your family. We are here to help you access the information you need to make an informed decision.
Our Community Partners
We work in partnership with several community organizations to problem-solve and educate on issues like crime prevention, family matters, housing or lodging, income support, mental health, nutrition, physical well-being, recreation and transportation. Our community partners include:
- Senior Citizens Advisory Committee (SCAC)
- Community Response to Abuse and Neglect of Elders (CRANE)
- Community Wellness Education Council (CWEC)
- Drop-in Lifelong Learning Series
- Live and Learn Programs
