McQueen Park Enhancements Begin Today

Crescent Heights Park will see Irrigation, Landscaping and Trail Upgrades

Post Date:07/05/2017 2:35 PM

Medicine Hat – Beginning Wednesday, July 5th, 2017, McQueen Park will begin to see some significant surface enhancements.  Nestled discreetly within the 300 block between 16th Street NE and 18 Street NE, the park will be undergoing irrigation, landscaping, and trail rehabilitation work.  The construction will require the playground and portions of the park to be closed while the work takes place. Anticipated completion of this project is expected by the end of July 2017.

The public is advised to obey all signage in the area and to remain a safe distance from construction activities.

The Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this time and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
