Families and individuals are only eligible for this program while they have active government-assisted refugee status. Those that qualify for the program include: 1. Individuals that fall under one of the two categories for eligibility: a) Government, church or Group of 5 sponsored refugee; or b) status of Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) and 2. Entered the country as of June 1, 2022 and 3. The Individual/family is currently residing in Medicine Hat.
