8 Street SE Water and Sewer Rehabilitation
This project has been completed, and the roadway re-opened to motorists on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

Benefits
This project modernized underground infrastructure, and improved the motorist and pedestrian experience. This project renewed and upgraded aging sanitary sewer, water mains, storm sewer and adjacent infrastructure that dates back to 1913. It also replaced road structure on 8 Street SE from the intersection of 2 Avenue SE to 4 Avenue SE.
