Flag of Medicine Hat
On April 1, 1974, City Council approved Medicine Hat's current city flag.
It is a deep blue, with a white and blue circle in the middle containing "City of Medicine Hat, Alberta" around a depiction of an Indigenous Cree man. Permission was asked and received from the Medicine Hat News for use of their copyrighted 'Indian Head' on the City flag.
