Our Recruitment Process
Shortlisting and interviews
Our team carefully reviews applications to find candidates whose experience and qualifications match the job requirements. If selected, you’ll move on to the next stage, and we’ll notify you via email. Check your email regularly, including spam/junk folders.
Interviews may be in person or online. To prepare, review the job posting and be ready to discuss how your experience aligns with the role. We use behavioural-based interviews, so practice answering questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). If possible, ask someone to do a mock interview with you.
Presentation matters—dress professionally, arrive 10-15 minutes early, and test your technology if the interview is online.
We’re committed to accessibility. If you need any accommodations for the interview, please let us know.
If you’re not selected, we will notify you.
Job offer and pre-hire process
After reference checks, we’ll contact the successful candidate(s) with a conditional offer. You must meet pre-employment conditions, which will be explained in detail. Once these are met, your new supervisor will provide onboarding details.
