Freelance Photographs by Frank Webber available at Esplanade Archives
Medicine Hat, AB – Between April and December 2018 the City of Medicine Hat Archives, in the Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre, catalogued, digitized and made accessible several hundred photographs taken by local photographer Frank Webber between 1973 and 2009 as an independent photographer.
