The land is prominently located along Crowsnest Highway 3 coming in from Lethbridge, Alberta.

Les Little Way SW: this fully serviced land parcel offers up to 3.74 acres and can be sub-divided to accommodate development plans for uses such as a hotel, service station, retail and consumers services. This land is prominently located on the left-hand side of the airport entrance coming in off Crowsnest Highway 3.

Airport Drive SW: this fully serviced land parcel offers up to 1.50 acres and can be sub-divided to accommodate development plans for uses such as a coffee shop, car rental, retail and consumer services. The land is prominently located on the right-hand side of the airport entrance coming in off Crowsnest Highway 3.
