Tree planting at Saratoga Dog Park

Medicine Hat – Work to plant trees and install irrigation infrastructure at Saratoga Dog Park will begin Monday, May 16, and is expected to continue through until the end of May.

Approximately 20 trees will be planted within the dog park, including foothill ash, American elm and dropmore linden. These trees will provide shade for dog owners and their pets, as well as improve area aesthetics.

The project has been divided into two phases to ensure the park remains partially open during this time. Park visitors are asked to follow all area signs and allow crews room to work.

The City of Medicine Hat thanks the residents for their patience and understanding as these necessary improvements are completed.
