Personal training |
One-on-one training with a focus on form, goals and needs specific to you. Passholders: $53.00/session Non-Passholders: $63.00/session |
Pod training |
Small group sessions offer similar benefits to personal training at half the cost. Trainers will oversee, challenge and progress up tso four clients at a time. Passholders: $26.50/person Non-Passholders: $31.50/person |
Team training |
