Fitness area

  • Age use guidelines:
    • 8-11 years - track only, actively supervised by someone 16 years+
    • 12-13 years - track, cardio, circuit, synergy, and team training area. (No access to Olympic/squat racks, heavy weights/w end weights)
    • 14+ - full access
  • Please follow equipment directions and trainer instructions carefully
  • Water only in the fitness area, as protein mixes and colored drinks will permanently stain the running track
  • Use courtesy; share the equipment, avoid playing loud music, etc.
  • Do not drop weights and put weights away after use
  • Wipe down equipment to maintain a safe and clean facility

Track

  • Please follow the posted daily track direction
  • Stop and check both ways before crossing the track
  • Children from 8-11 years may utilize the track while actively supervised by a responsible person over the age of 16
  • Lanes are single file
  • Wear clean, non-marking, appropriate footwear. Please note: Cleats may be worn on the track (3mm is the maximum spike allowed).
  • Strollers with clean wheels are welcome
  • Walking poles are permitted provided that rubber boot or bell tips are utilized
  • Use lockers to store bags, jackets and other personal items
  • No food or beverage allowed

A free one-hour introduction to best practices and general use to maximize your safety and results. Includes a walk through of our cardio and circuit equipment.

Passholders: No Charge

Non-Passholders: Day pass

Personal training

One-on-one training with a focus on form, goals and needs specific to you.

Passholders: $55.25/session

Non-Passholders: $66.75/session

Passholder fees apply to individuals with an active Annual Pass or Monthly Continuous Pass. Non-passholder fees apply to individuals with active 31-day passes, punch passes or those paying the daily drop-in fee.

POD training

Small group sessions offer similar benefits to personal training at half the cost. Trainers will oversee, challenge and progress up to four clients at a time.

Passholders: $27.50/person

Non-Passholders: $32.75/person

Passholder fees apply to groups where at least one POD member has an active Annual Pass or Monthly Continuous Pass. Non-passholder fees apply to groups where POD members have an active 31-day pass, punch pass or those paying the daily drop-in fee.

Our trainers work with your team’s coaches to provide the best fit for your team based on age and developmental level.
