E-scooter pilot program
In May 2022, City Council approved the implementation of a one-year electric scooter (e-scooter) pilot program with Bird Canada in certain areas of the city. The program is fully funded and operated by Bird Canada, a Canadian owned and operated company with operational headquarters in Calgary.
