Fitness orientation

A free one-hour introduction to best practices and general use to maximize your safety and results. Includes a walk through of our cardio and circuit equipment.

Passholders: No Charge

Non-Passholders: Day pass

Personal program design

Individual program built to your needs, goals and timelines. Includes a fundamental movement screen, general health, nutrition and exercise history discussion.

Passholders: $53.00

Non-Passholders: $63.00

Personal training

One-on-one training with a focus on form, goals and needs specific to you.

Passholders: $53.00/session

Non-Passholders: $63.00/session

Pod training

Small group sessions offer similar benefits to personal training at half the cost. Trainers will oversee, challenge and progress up to four clients at a time.

Passholders: $26.50/person

Non-Passholders: $31.50/person

Team training

Our trainers work with coached to provide the best fit for a team, based on age and developmental level.
