Messages of Welcome or Congratulations can be requested for groups, businesses or organizations who are hosting an event or conference in Medicine Hat for a brochure, pamphlet or program.
- Submit your request at least three (3) weeks in advance. Once the request is submitted and processed, the message can be emailed or picked up at the Mayor’s Office in Medicine Hat City Hall (580 1st Street SE).
- A request for a Message of Welcome or Congratulations is separate from a request for the Mayor to attend an event.
