The 90 day utility bill deferral program ends and normal collection processes resume. If you are unable to pay your utility deferral balance you can enter into a repayment plan by spreading your payback up to 12 months. On this plan, customers would pay their current utility bill plus a portion of the deferred amount on each bill. Deferred plans will be set up through automatic withdrawal with the option of the monthly withdrawal dates being the 1st, 8th, 15th or 23rd.
