Cycling is gaining popularity across the country as a form of commuting. The development of proper cycling infrastructure and amenities, coupled with sound policies that view cycling as an integral part of urban renewal, can increase the number of cyclists and the numerous benefits associated with it.

Bicycle lanes have been established in Medicine Hat along:
  • 12 Street NE / NW
  • A section of Division Avenue North
  • A section of College Drive SE
