Snow may be removed by broom or blade, depending on the depth and type of snow fall.

Some pedestrian bridges and boardwalks, as well as trails leading to them, may not be cleared due to the weight of snow removal equipment, load capacities and current conditions of the structures.

Some steep hills on trails may not be cleared or sanded because of unsafe surface conditions for snow removal equipment.

Municipal Works snow removal is completed within 24 hours from the end of the last snow fall.
