Food Services - Cashier

This position deals with the public, taking money for meals in the cafeteria and reports to the Food Services Supervisor. General duties and responsibilities include:

  • Operates the cash register
  • Handles cash
  • Sets out silverware and napkin
  • Fills up condiments as needed
  • Keeps area tidy

The Preferred Background includes: cash Register experience, basic money handling skills, good interpersonal and communication skills; willingness to assist when needed; and empathy towards the elderly.
