The City of Medicine Hat invites not-for-profit organizations to submit proposals for Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) Funding. There are THREE separate funding agreement periods available:
1. Community Development One-Time Grants are available for short-term (July - December 2017) innovative projects meeting preventative-focused social needs in the community. Grant monies of up to $50,000 per project may be available. All money from these grants must be spent by December 31, 2017.
2. 18-Month FCSS Contract Funding (July 2017 - December 2018) is available for projects or programs that are preventative in nature, meet provincial FCSS strategic directions, and improve the social well-being of individuals, families, or community.
3. 2-Year FCSS Contract Funding (January 2018 - December 2019) is available for projects or programs that are preventative in nature, meet provincial FCSS strategic directions, and improve the social well-being of individuals, families, or community.
Applicants are welcome to apply for all, but must submit a separate application for each grant period.

|UERAB Grants||Parks & Recreation||Special Events/Competition Assistance grants are available to individuals and non-profit groups/organizations/agencies involved in sports, recreation or leisure activities and/or competitions. Please review the brochure for full details on guidelines and application deadlines.
