Discover your next adventure during Parks and Rec Month
June is Parks & Recreation Month making this the perfect time to celebrate the spaces and experiences that help make Medicine Hat an active community to explore, play and thrive in.
Across Canada, this month highlights the importance of parks and recreation in supporting physical and mental wellbeing, creating opportunities to connect, and offering accessible ways to get active.
To celebrate, the City of Medicine Hat is inviting residents to take part in the 75 Hours Challenge, recognizing 75 years of the Alberta Recreation & Parks Association. The goal is simple: spend time throughout June enjoying parks and recreation - every hour counts.
