Reservation Change Fee:
A mandatory $15 administration fee will apply for any changes to your reservation, including cancellations, made prior to arrival. This fee covers the cost of manually processing your booking changes.
Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival, you may be charged up to 25% of your total reservation cost. Cancellations are considered a "change" and are also subject to the $15 administration fee.

Cash Policy:
Customers wishing to reserve a campsite using cash must follow these guidelines:
- Required Documentation: Customers must provide Customer Service with a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) at the time of reservation.
- Credit Card Requirement: A credit card must also be provided, which will be securely stored in the Parks & Recreation database as per existing policy. This is mandatory for all cash reservations; there are no exceptions.
- Camp Store: Cash transactions will continue to be accepted for purchases made at the camp store as usual.
