If you're planning an event and need insurance, you have the option to use Instant Risk Coverage (IRC). This online service is designed to simplify the process: just complete a quick form to receive an immediate quote, pay online, and benefit from pre-filled City facility details for a smoother experience. While optional, IRC offers a reliable and efficient way to secure event insurance quickly.
Booking payments
Payment of the amount on the confirmation permit is due immediately upon booking.
Visa or MasterCard payments may be accepted over the phone. Please contact Facility Bookings to learn more.
Cash, cheque, debit, or credit card are accepted.
Monthly invoices may be brought to the cashiers at City Hall, Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30 pm.
Cancellations or amendments
To cancel or amend your booking, please contact us
Failure to cancel or change your booking a minimum of seven (7) business days in advance of the rental date will result in the full charge of the rental.
Vehicle access permits
In accordance with Bylaw #4859, a vehicle access permit is required to access city park land.
