Age use guidelines:
- 8-11 years - access only granted with parent and child completion of the Registered Family Use Orientation Program. Adult supervision is always required for this age group.
- 12+ - full access
General guidelines:
- Please follow equipment directions and trainer instructions carefully
- Spill-proof only bottles. No food allowed.
- Be courteous, share the use of equipment
- Use headphones/earbuds for all personal audio listening
- Put weights away after use, do not drop weights
- Wipe down equipment to maintain a safe and clean facility
- Lock all personal items in a locker
