| Description | The City of Medicine Hat recognizes that boulevards are an integral part of the City’s environment and contribute to the quality of life in the city. Boulevards, by their nature, are distributed throughout the city. While intended for possible future roadway expansion and the provision of utility alignment allowances, boulevards provide additional land for aesthetic and environmental enhancement by the abutting property owner. Developed boulevards contribute to increased property values and improved urban quality of life. |
