The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB) heard an appeal of this application on May 16, 2024. After deliberation, the Board denied the appeal, confirmed the decision of the Development Authority and added conditions to the Development Permit. The Board provided the decision in writing to the City Clerk on May 31, 2024.
