Public input

As prescribed by the Municipal Government Act, when there is a proposed development (with this application, a demolition) for a property which is designated as Direct Control District in Land Use Bylaw #4168, the Development Authority is City Council.

Public Hearing December 8, 2025.

There will be a Public Hearing by City Council for this proposed development (demolition) at the regular Council meeting on December 8, 2025, beginning at 4:00 pm.

If you feel you will be affected by this proposed development (demolition), state your position (support or opposition) in person to City Council during the Public Hearing. Following the Public Hearing, the decision of City Council is final.
