Public Comments will be heard May 4, 2026. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to the Land Use Bylaw) is scheduled for City Council meeting on April 7, 2026. Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing is scheduled for City Council meeting on May 4, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm.
