2023 Spray parks and outdoor pool closures

Medicine Hat – As the summer season comes to an end, the Parks and Recreation department will prepare to close its outdoor pools and spray parks.

Spray Parks:

• Ross Glen Towne Centre and Saamis Rotary – will remain open until September 4 with restricted hours of 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Kiwanis Central and Strathcona Island – will remain open until weather permits with restricted hours of 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Outdoor Pools – Closure schedule:

• Strathcona Pool - closed on August 27
• Hill Pool – last day of operation is September 4
• Echo Dale Regional Park Swim Lake – last day of operation is September 4
