Public Comments will be heard May 19, 2026. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to the Land Use Bylaw) is scheduled for City Council meeting on April 20, 2026. Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing is scheduled for City Council meeting on May 19, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm.
