Public Comments will be heard January 5, 2026. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to the Land Use Bylaw) is scheduled for City Council meeting on December 15, 2025. Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing is scheduled for City Council meeting on January 5, 2026, beginning at 4:00 pm.
