Purpose:
This proposed rezoning is to allow attached housing development with secondary suites.

The Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw 4866 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment to rezone the subject property) were held at the regular City Council meeting on January 5, 2025. Bylaw 4866 was passed by Council.
