Proposed zoning: Direct Control (DC).
Applicant: Green Bull Developments.
Purpose: This proposed rezoning is to allow for the development of various uses.
Status: Approved.
Council decision
The Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw 4854 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment to rezone the subject property) were held at the regular City Council Meeting on September 15, 2025. Bylaw 4854 was passed by Council.
