Current zoning: Partly Mixed Use District (MU), partly Business Industrial District (I-B).
Proposed zoning: Direct Control (DC).
Applicant: Green Bull Developments.
Purpose: This proposed rezoning is to allow for the development of various uses.
Status: Pending decision.

Public comments will be heard Sep 15, 2025. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to Land Use Bylaw 4168) occurred at City Council meeting on August 18, 2025. Second and Third Reading and Statutory Public Hearing are scheduled for City Council meeting on Sep 15, 2025, beginning at 6:30 pm.
If you feel you will be affected by this proposed rezoning, state your position (support or opposition) in person to City Council during the Statutory Public Hearing on September 15, 2025.
