This proposed rezoning is to facilitate future re-use of the site for motor vehicle related uses.

Public Comments will be heard May 4, 2026. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to the Land Use Bylaw) is scheduled for City Council meeting on April 7, 2026. Second and Third Readings and Statutory Public Hearing is scheduled for City Council meeting on May 4, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm.
If you feel you will be affected by this proposed rezoning, state your position (support or opposition) in person to City Council during the Statutory Public Hearing on May 4, 2026.
