Big Marble Go Centre celebration

Medicine Hat – Big Marble Go Centre will host a free public event from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023, in celebration of its community partner and naming rights sponsor, Big Marble Farms.   

Admission to the celebration is free for the public, courtesy of the Big Marble Farms. Please note: Patrons will require a ticket to access the Kinsmen Aquatic Centre for one of two free swim times. You can obtain your free ticket on ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­June 12, 2023, at www.tixx.ca. Tickets will help our team manage resources and staffing needs efficiently.

Schedule of events:

   Ribbon Cutting at 2 p.m. with opening remarks from Mayor Clark and Big Marble Representative.

   Free activities begin at at 3 p.m. The following activities will be available:

   Swimming–
   Patrons are asked to register for their swim time in advance through www.tixx.ca.
   Please bring your ticket for admission to your scheduled swim time. 

• • 2:45 – 3:45 p.m. 
  • 4 – 5 p.m.  

   Public Skating – Public skate happening at the Cenovus Arena from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

   Family Nerf Wars – Take aim and join the battle for our popular Nerf Wars. Blasters are supplied while supplies last.     For ages 6 and over; anyone under the age of 15 should be accompanied by an adult.

   Floor Hockey, Yard Games, Drop-In Basketball and Tot Games - Gymnasium

The South Country Co-op Fitness Centre on the second floor will be open for regular use.
