City, Medicine Hat College to bring mobile vaccine clinic to MHC campus, FLC

Medicine Hat – The City of Medicine Hat, together with Medicine Hat College, will host two mobile vaccination clinics for residents and students.

The mobile vaccine clinic will be open to anyone over the age of 12 who is now eligible to receive their first or second dose. Upon receiving your vaccine, you will receive proof of your vaccination. All residents who receive the vaccine will be eligible for the $100 incentive announced by the Government of Alberta.

“It is concerning to everyone in our community to see the increase in active case counts,” said Merrick Brown, Director of Emergency Management for the City of Medicine Hat. “We are urging everyone who is eligible in our city to please get vaccinated.”

“Receiving the first and second dose is important to keeping ourselves, our fellow students and staff safe,” said Lesley Tuchscherer, Manager of Occupational Health and Safety at Medicine Hat College. “If you’re eligible and have yet to receive your immunization, please visit the mobile clinic or book an appointment.”
