City of Medicine Hat Announces Public Access Restrictions to Remaining City Facilities

Medicine Hat – The City of Medicine Hat continues to work on implementing protective measures to limit the possible transmission of COVID-19. This will now include changing how City staff interact with the public at City Hall and other City facilities. Public access will be limited or restricted effective at closing on March 19.

City staff will continue to work on behalf of residents under a variety of arrangements, but in person services with the public will be suspended until further notice.

In City Hall, access will be limited to the main lobby in designated areas, at which time patrons will receive further direction. Business will continue and is encouraged through other means like email and telephone. Refer to the contact page on the City of Medicine Hat website to direct your inquiries appropriately.

Municipal Works office (188 Kipling Street SE)
Parks & Recreation office (88 Kipling Street SE)
