Linnsie Clark declared next mayor of Medicine Hat

Returning Officer, Tarolyn Aaserud, has declared Linnsie Clark (incumbent) as the next Mayor of Medicine Hat. Results will be deemed official by 12 noon on Friday, October 24, 2025.

As of October 22 at 10:30 a.m. Mayor-elect Clark received 5844 votes of the total 18,033 ballots counted. A total of 18,106 ballots were cast for mayor in the 2025 Municipal Election. 

In total, 18,265 electors voted in the 2025 Municipal and School Board election. Council and School Board Trustee ballots are still being counted. The City website will continue to be updated hourly, during business hours, until counting is complete.
