Medicine Hat Fire and Emergency Services Station boat launch lighting project
Medicine Hat – Construction is set to begin at the boat launch located at Medicine Hat Fire and Emergency Services (MHFES) Station #1. This project will include the installation of the three light pole fixtures to increase nighttime safety for water rescues on the South Saskatchewan River. The parks trail will remain open; however visitors are advised to exercise caution near the construction area.
The traffic lane adjacent to the site will remain open and pedestrians on the parks trail should remain alert to and adhere to all posted construction signs.
The City of Medicine Hat would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding as these necessary improvements are completed.
