Mobile vaccine clinic returning to the city
Medicine Hat – The City of Medicine Hat will host additional mobile vaccination clinics over the next month.
The mobile vaccine clinic will be open to anyone over the age of 12 who is now eligible to receive their first or second dose. Upon receiving your vaccine, you will receive proof of your vaccination. You will not need to book an appointment, walk-ups are encouraged.
“Vaccination rates continue to rise in our city and this is good news,” said Merrick Brown, Director of Emergency Management with Fire & Emergency Services. “Receiving your first and second dose will help keep everyone in our community safe.”
The mobile clinic will be available to residents on the following dates:
Saturday, October 16
Medicine Hat Mall – east entrance along Trans Canada Way SE
3929 Dunmore Road SE
12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 17
Medicine Hat Mall – east entrance along Trans Canada Way SE
3929 Dunmore Road SE
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
These times are tentative and are subject to change without notice. Additional dates and locations will be announced once confirmed.
Please note that current masking requirements remain in effect.
The mobile clinic is hosted by 19 to Zero, a coalition of public health experts and other professionals, working to shift public perception around COVID-19 behaviours and vaccination. The city is reminding residents to take basic steps to protect themselves and their loved ones from all respiratory illnesses, including COVID-19 and influenza.

- Avoid touching your face, nose, mouth or unwashed hands
- Clean and disinfect surfaces that are frequently touched
