Presentation materials from Nov. 12 MPC meeting now online

The City of Medicine Hat has re-uploaded the November 12 Municipal Planning Commission meeting agenda to include video and presentation materials for the following development permit application: PLDP20250688 - Demolition – 201 2 Street NW (Riverside School).

Presentation materials shared during the meeting were not originally included in the online agenda package, but have now been added as some virtual participants experienced audio issues and were unable to hear the presentation.

Uploaded materials include a video from the applicant which shows the condition inside Riverside School, as well as the PowerPoint presentation introducing the application.
