Temporary lane closure on College Avenue SE for sewer repairs

Medicine Hat – Starting Thursday, May 5, a portion of northbound College Avenue SE bordering on the Connaught Golf Course will be reduced to one lane for repairs to underground sewer infrastructure. The work is expected to take up to one week.

Motorists entering northbound College Avenue SE from the Trans-Canada Highway westbound or from South Ridge Drive SE will be merged into the left lane.

A perimeter fence will surround the construction area and large moving equipment may interrupt traffic at times. Traffic will be reduced to 30 km/hour. Motorists are reminded to follow all traffic signs and detours related to the construction and expect delays. Plan alternate routes if necessary.
