Update on Airport Operations

Medicine Hat – The Medicine Hat Regional Airport continues to provide services for travelers while implementing protective measures to limit the possible transmission of COVID-19.

WestJet has announced a revised flight schedule between Medicine Hat and Calgary, effective November 6. Service has been increased to six flights weekly from three, operating Sunday to Friday, arriving at 2:20 p.m. and departing at 2:50 p.m. each day.

Avis/Budget Car rental is operating regular hours to meet the needs of the community and travelers. The Airport café remains closed.

Hours of operation at the Airport Terminal Building are adjusted to meet the needs of scheduled airline and business partners. Effective Nov. 6, 2020, the Terminal Building will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sundays. The Terminal is closed on Saturday as there are no flights scheduled.

Governmment regulations require all guests two years of age or older to wear a face covering/mask during the check in and boarding process and onboard an aircraft.
