Technical Review
The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) is the City's primary mechanism for coordination and decision making for development review, approval and technical project coordination.
More info |
The Technical Coordinating Committee is a means to efficiently share and compile information across departments to support external and internal entities. TCC reviews development applications such as subdivisions (ASP’s/FSR’s/OP’s/Studies/Detailed Designs), Development Permits, UROWs and other development related items. The purpose of TCC is to assist the development industry with development projects designed and permitted in the most efficient manner possible. The City of Medicine Hat has a set of established bylaws, standards and specifications intended to protect the health and safety of its citizens. The City is comprised of multiple departments responsible for administering these bylaws, standards and specifications, it is beneficial to have a coordinated development review to provide developers with clear expectations and timelines. |
