Applicant: Alvin Reinhard Fritz Architect Inc.
Purpose: This proposed rezoning is to allow for the development of various medium density residential uses.
Status: Approved.
The Second and Third Readings and Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw 4820 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment to rezone the subject property) were held at regular City Council Meeting on July 2, 2024. Bylaw 4820 was passed by Council.

Previously, the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) recommended that City Council approve this application. Discussion was held at the MPC meeting on May 15, 2024 at 1:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend MPC meetings.
