The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) will discuss this application at the MPC meeting on September 17, 2025 at 1:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend MPC meetings. More about Municipal Planning Commission.

 

 

Public comments will be heard Oct 6, 2025. First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to Land Use Bylaw 4168) is scheduled for City Council meeting on September 2, 2025. Second and Third Reading and Statutory Public Hearing are scheduled for City Council meeting on October 6, 2025, beginning at 6:30 pm.
