Application withdrawn

First Reading for this proposed rezoning (amendment to Land Use Bylaw 4168) occurred on September 2, 2025. On September 26, 2025, the rezoning application was withdrawn by the applicant. This withdrawal precluded the need for a Second Reading, Third Reading and Public Hearing by City Council, which was scheduled for September 29, 2025.

 

 

 


Note: The Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) recommended that City Council approve this application. Discussion was held at the MPC meeting on September 17 at 1:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend MPC meetings.
