The Second and Third Readings and Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw 4818 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment to rezone the subject property) were held at regular City Council Meeting on May 21, 2024. Bylaw 4818 was passed by Council.

Previously, the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) recommended that City Council approve this application. Discussion was held at the MPC meeting on April 3, 2024 at 1:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend MPC meetings.
