Proposed zoning: Neighbourhood Commercial District (C-N).
Applicant: Cambridge Investments Ltd.
Purpose: This proposed rezoning is to allow for the development of various commercial and limited residential uses.
Status: Approved.
The Second and Third Readings and Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw 4809 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment to rezone the subject property) were held at regular City Council Meeting on April 8, 2024. Bylaw 4809 was passed by Council.

Previously, the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) recommended that City Council approve this application. Discussion was held at the MPC meeting on February 21, 2024 at 1:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The public is welcome to attend MPC meetings.
