Prefer a more digital approach? You're in luck, there are a variety of ways to be reminded of your pickup days:

  1. Download the Recycle Coach App on your mobile device - you can customize the app to send notifications and reminders about collection day and schedule changes and even report issues or submit requests.
  2. Login to the MyMH Portal - just add your property address and the Garbage and Recycling widget will list your next three upcoming pickups for your collection zone.

Resident Feature Story

Meet Gerry Ehlert, Medicine Hat's very own 'Lorax', who devotes much of his retirement to helping protect the natural grasslands in the Medicine Hat area.

“I believe that by helping to care for our natural spaces, we're not only leaving a legacy for our youth but also teaching them the importance of stewardship actions, and the profound positive impacts we can have on our local community and world. My hope is that through our collective efforts, we can continue to protect the natural wonders of Medicine Hat. This benefits our economy, health and wellness, and our environment for present and future generations.”
