How to apply online

To make the process of applying and paying for permits, inspections and business licenses more convenient and efficient, Planning & Development Services is now using an ePermit system. The customer portal is open to all applicants.

As you look through the various types of projects on our website, you will see this button, indicating that you can submit your application using ePermit.

Apply online

Applying online will ensure faster processing of your application, since all applications are reviewed in the order in which they are entered. By applying in person or by email, a customer service representative will enter your application on your behalf, but your application will then be positioned further down the queue.
